Windows - 0x80010135: Path too long extract error
Alert: This error is due to a default limitation of the Windows filesystem, as there is a cap of 260 characters for a
given file path within the Operating System due to the Win32 API.
Using 7-Zip to extract can also be a simplier and more effective option:

File Download Process
1. Click "Download" to save the file to your computer.
1. Open the full download history in your browser.
1. Click "Show in folder" to locate the downloaded zip file.
